A Generation Retired- Sachin

There have been so many companies in which I am not getting shortlisted because of my marks in Boards but I have never regretted  not studying because all those while I was doing something more valuable ,which at that moment was more important, cheering Sachin in 2003 World Cup and those are the memories of a lifetime .  The sheer magic of watching him LIVE has not been a privilege, But a necessity .  The generation of Late 80’s and early 90’s are so obsessed with Change that had there been a way to present that in a Formula , Sachin had been the only ‘ Constant’ in between other  ‘variables ‘ and so when He says the dreaded ‘R’ letter word –  It isn’t sumthing one can digest easily. Saurav, Lakshman, Rahul and Anil were also pillars of Indian Cricket but he was more….He was the foundation-  If 83 world cup brought fans to the stadium , Sachin ensured that they remain glued through the magic of the wonder kid . Change has changed!!!!

The management that we know is where the ‘Leader’ puts his ‘vision’ and his team relentlessly pursues it with all available resources. Management is the art of getting things done , the methods we use to bring people to mobilize and organize resources for productive ends .Actually , Present Management practices the employees to be semi-programmed Robots- to enable them to accomplish the same task again and again .Future organizations need to change this dogma. They have to be like Amoeba-shapeless and continuous changing. Today we are in a world where change is unrelenting, change is astonishing and even change is changing at an exponential pace. We are living in an age where ‘Knowledge’ has become a commodity and only ‘Knowledge’ cannot provide a sustainable competitive advantage. The Management of future is the race to ‘create’ new knowledge faster than your competitors. It is imperative that in Future the management should be more ‘inclusive’ and should foster an environment

The Journey from India Gate to Gateway of India – Delhi Vs Mumbai

Whatever Little HR Management I have learnt ,There is a Theory called as Herzberg  Two Factor Theory which says that In an Organization the opposite of “satisfaction” is not “Dissatisfaction” but its “No satisfaction” , Similarly when I say that I love Delhi , It doesn’t necessarily means that I hate Mumbai  . For a change , I love both Delhi and Mumbai and in this Blog, I would be discussing about the contrasts yet merits of both these cities . Let me start with one of my favourite cities- Delhi . Everytime , I go to Delhi , I find it a ‘New’ Delhi . I have Lived in Delhi NCR for 3 years and the love and homeliness that this city provided me  was second to none. Living in Delhi is not a Rocket Science But surely , Its an art. You have to learn the art of shoulder pushing people in a crowded DTC bus and make make pave for yourself  . To bargain in delhi is an art you must learn at the earliest, Unlike Mumbai where Auto run through meter, In delhi they run at the mercy of Autowal
