Change has changed!!!!

The management that we know is where the ‘Leader’ puts his ‘vision’ and his team relentlessly pursues it with all available resources. Management is the art of getting things done , the methods we use to bring people to mobilize and organize resources for productive ends .Actually , Present Management practices the employees to be semi-programmed Robots- to enable them to accomplish the same task again and again .Future organizations need to change this dogma. They have to be like Amoeba-shapeless and continuous changing. Today we are in a world where change is unrelenting, change is astonishing and even change is changing at an exponential pace.
We are living in an age where ‘Knowledge’ has become a commodity and only ‘Knowledge’ cannot provide a sustainable competitive advantage. The Management of future is the race to ‘create’ new knowledge faster than your competitors. It is imperative that in Future the management should be more ‘inclusive’ and should foster an environment where people are willing to bring the gifts of their creativity  and passion . The future Management requires to be Adaptive, Innovative and Engaging .
In its quest to understand how to succeed in future, Management needs to learn from “The Web”. To develop an organization which is more conducive, inspiring and thriving, the Web offers solutions. We can learn from Wikipedia that how decentralization of power helps. We can learn from Blogs that how contribution matters more than credentials. We can learn from Youtube that power flows to those who add value . We can learn from Facebook that the wisdom of many trumps the authority of few . We can learn from Twitter that new ideas get amplified rather than crushed .We can learn from Linkedin that performances are judged by peers. Google tells us that contribution is opt-in rather than commanded. The most important lesson that management of future needs to learn from Web is that the default is to share information rather than hoard it .
Management has to understand that you cannot build a company fit for future without building a company fit for human beings.because Companies dont run people its people who run companies .
